Today power derating occurs when customers demand the highest performance from the pack (steep terrain navigation, acceleration phases, etc.). Charging Time is often quite long while an effective cooling allows to reduce the charging time by 2 to 3 times. In terms of battery Lifespan , maintaining battery’s temperature within a specific range can increase its lifespan up to 3 times.
We have developed a new generation of battery colling for L-category vehicles equiped with battery swapping. Simple (no moving parts, no fluid management, no energy consumption ), efficient (cooling at the cell level for perfect homogeneity,100X more efficient than natural airflow, integrated), fully built into the pack and standalone. Our solution transfers directly the heat from the cells to an integrated heat sink and doesn’t need additional systems as the natural airflow effectively dissipates the heat.
Maintaining the temperature while fast charging for zero cooling intervals, our integration preserves battery capacity with minimal weight impact.
