Or, les batteries seules ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux contraintes de ces usages intensifs, tant en termes d\u2019autonomie que de temps d\u2019immobilisation.<\/p>\r\n<p>MRT has designed a complete fuel cell system, engineered to meet the most stringent industrial requirements. <br \/>mRT a con\u00e7u un syst\u00e8me pile \u00e0 combustible complet, pens\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences industrielles les plus strictes. \nEn combinant expertise \u00e9lectrochimique, comp\u00e9tences m\u00e9caniques, ma\u00eetrise \u00e9lectronique et savoir\u2011faire logiciel, les \u00e9quipes ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une solution compacte, robuste, capable de s\u2019int\u00e9grer dans des v\u00e9hicules vari\u00e9s tout en garantissant une performance stable et fiable.<\/p>\r\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me repose sur une pile \u00e0 combustible \u00e0 membrane \u00e9changeuse de protons (PEM). mRT a assur\u00e9 la conception m\u00e9canique, la gestion des flux de gaz, le refroidissement, l\u2019int\u00e9gration compl\u00e8te des capteurs, le monitoring pr\u00e9cis des cellules, le pilotage optimis\u00e9 des actuateurs.<\/p>\r\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une campagne d\u2019essais compl\u00e8te sur le site Michelin en Suisse, cette technologie a \u00e9t\u00e9 industrialis\u00e9e chez Symbio, la coentreprise Michelin, Forvia et Stellantis, et continue d\u2019\u00e9voluer au sein de SATS, son centre de recherche avanc\u00e9e en Suisse.<\/p>\r\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, Symbio produit des syst\u00e8mes PAC de 40 kW, 75 kW et 150 kW, d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de constructeurs automobiles, de bus et de poids lourds.<\/p>\r\n<p>Cette technologie offre une autonomie \u00e9lev\u00e9e adapt\u00e9e aux usages intensifs, une continuit\u00e9 de service essentielle aux op\u00e9rateurs, une r\u00e9duction significative des \u00e9missions, une am\u00e9lioration de la productivit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des temps d\u2019arr\u00eat minimis\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ce d\u00e9veloppement illustre la capacit\u00e9 de mRT \u00e0 imaginer, concevoir et industrialiser des solutions hydrog\u00e8ne compl\u00e8tes et performantes.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To support the transition to cleaner mobility, Michelin has invested in the development of hydrogen technologies capable of offering a high-performance, sustainable alternative to conventional electric solutions.
